[TYPO3-dev] typolink advice, TYPO3-dev -- List for Core search problem

Hi to developers!

I am Evgeniy from Ukraine,
hope someone can help me with my problems.

1) I have problem with search function in the typo3 dev mailing list, it 
looks like that search simply does not work, or maybe I do something wrong? 
Did anybody notice the same?

2) In my Typo3 project I place content to the page. In the text the editor 
have to be able to place references(links) to other pages. Accordingly to 
the design of the page references should appear as different images (arrows, 
or so), images will be wrapped in A- tag. I would be gratefull to anybody 
who could hint me what could be the correct way of implementing such links 
in typo3? I have met some description of typolink in TS, but actually coud 
not get the complete idea behind it. So hope for you advice.
