but if you just need different layout, selecting different HMTL-template 
for certain content element is enough. In your case it is not enough.

I reuse much TS + content area templates - normally I made just new main 
templates. Using TemplaVoila you can't reuse mapping like I can reuse 
content area templates.

tm_contentaccess offers me them. template engine is userfriendly enough 
for me.

But I'm not the only, who wants to keep MTB. See what 'JohnH' has 
written. TemplaVoila is just too complex for my purposes.

But it seems that you and many other developers like to kill MTB and 
other techniques than TemplaVoila. I just like more MTB and I would not 
like that you or somebody else would kill it.
