Doesn't make any sense to me. Because element made with normal web>page module 
are unused elements in TV, and has to be mapped to the TV content areas. 
But elements made in TV is a Main column elements in the normal Page module. 
Therefore the only solution today is to disable the normal web>page module 
when using TV. Remember, every content element i TV is a element in Main 
Column.

Dmitry and Robert, arrest me if I'm wrong.

I think the only workable solution is to implement the ideas from your tm_contentaccess 
to TV (or a tm_tv_contentaccess extension).

But I'm not a hardcore developer enough to really see what the opportunities 
are. Also I don't know any about the possibilities in the kickstarter.
