[TYPO3-dev] 0003089: During a upgrade to RC2 [SYS][t3lib_cs_convMethod] is default set to iconv which will break all non php5 installation.

I think setting it to mbstring with be save... but then again it needs 
to be compiled as a module or compiled within.
Same as for iconv.
