Not sure if I understand what you mean, but anyways the user can still
install another skin for htmlArea RTE provided by some other extension.
Doing so, the part of t3skin that applies to the RTE will be overridden.
The example skins provided on TER for htmlArea RTE could still be used
when the RTE is used in the frontend (I would tend to specialize them
for this purpose), but why would anyone want to use in the backend a RTE
skin that is not coordinated with the whole of the backend?
Or why would it be better to ask the user to install yet another
extension in order to get a coordinated backend skin?
