I don't exactly know wheter it's a bug (usability issue) or I just have 
overseen something:

Using the traditional Page module you get a "Edit translation header" 
button when you select a different language. So you can edit the 
translated page title, etc. in the page overlay table. This button is 
missing in TV you can't edit a translated page header after initial 
creation.

Correct me if I'm missing something.

If this is correct I will add it to the bugtracker.
