I see YAML for the first time. Comparing xml or plain php-arrays it 
seems to be not only of better readibility but also easier to be written 
with simple editors like vi, without the need of a gui.

Nonetheless. $TCA has a goiven structure that you can directly transform 
to xml and vice versa. You probably can't say that for YAML unfortunatly.
