Hi Wolfgang,
TYPO3 has a variety of caching mechanisms on different levels. The "main"
caching mechanism can be adjusted by a handful of parameters, e.g. page
configuration or by the code of a plugin.
Do you expect, that caching on typo3.org is not tuned to the max? (Regarding
your issue it might be a bit "overtuned"...) So why should a caching problem
in the documentation section affect the start page or anything else?
Btw. [shift]+Reload didn't work for me, too. But there are some other
options left - which are not disabled.
