 [Shift]+Reload should be enough (that works at least on all other
 sites), shouldn't it? It didn't change anything yesterday[*].

 When not I ask you if you really think that everybody disables caching
 (somehow else) when browsing typo3.org, you can't really expect that,
 do you? At least some parts of typo3.org (the home page, TER, ...)
 should always be up-to-date for the visitor (or at least with a smaller
 max-age value)
