Maybe with emacs and a good setup. We could test it in a ralley.

I said nothing against TV. I simply think other ways should be accepted 
as legal ways, too.

In the opposite. I.e I make regular usage of flexform myself. I made 2 
little tutorial extensions on this matter: sb_flexworld, sb_flexamples
