[Typo3-dev] Possible bug in FRAMES?

Dear all,

I have been playing with FRAMES and customizing them and they work very 
good. I am using the following code:

tt_content.image {
20.image_frames.3.bgImg = fileadmin/frames/bg.png
20.image_frames.3.mask =fileadmin/frames/bg.png
20.image_frames.3.bottomImg.backColor = #DA2625
}

And when I select FRAME 3 after creating a "Images only" content 
element, it works flawlesly.

The problem comes if I select the FRAME 3 on a "Text with image below" 
where it frames the image with the DEFAULT FRAME 3 instead of the one I 
customized.

On a nutshell it only works when I select the "Images only" content element.

I am using Typo3 3.7.0.

Is this a bug? Shall I file it as a bug in the bugtrack?
