[Typo3-dev] Release wizard_crpagetree

Hi,

There used to be no easy way of creating a site structure in typo3. I
regularly found myself creating a site structure using the 'create
multiple pages' wizard in the TYPO3 backend.

Creating the pages this way can is a boring repetative task.

Since I hate boring and repetative tasks, I decided to make a wizard that
will make a lot of likeminded people very happy; the pagetree wizard. The
page tree wizard will enable you to create your whole site structure at
once. You only have to feed the wizard with a 'space-indented' list of
branches, twigs and leaves and your tree will be created for you.

Checkout wizard_crpagetree, it lives with the other functions and wizards.
