[Typo3-dev] 404errorpagehandling and realurl

I've been using the 404errorpage extension and realurl for several 
months now.  The exact setup I used is available in the post at 
http://lists.netfielders.de/pipermail/typo3-english/2005-July/009054.html.

The short version of it is add an ErrorDocument to your Apache config 
(probably via .htaccess), patch the 404errorpage extension to work with 
3.8, and create a domain record.
