TV templating was implemented by Kasper. I just corrected minor problems
with those patches.

There is a project on sourceforge.net with many typo3 extensions
including mininews. They also have anonymous cvs access for reading. I
got mininews there. No problems so far (except for those patches).

I believe it is mentioned in TV documentation (theory). Than you can
study source code for the mininews (practice). Nothing will provide
better information than these two things.

It looks complicated but as soon as you make it once, you will be able
to make it easily second and more times :)
