First, this is not at all development related, please post in -english.
Second, the sheer size should not be a problem, given you can throw 
enough hardware in. The main issue is the migration of contents in the 
db, which doesn't care about how many pages you export/import. The 
problem is to move the contents into a TYPO3 page structure, and 
possibly a lot of templates. This can AFAIK only be done with a custom 
SQL solution since TYPO3's import/export cannot handle the amount of data.
