[Typo3-dev] where to get PID in tca.php?

may be I am wrong, but look at 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_core_api/columns_fieldnam-5/
-> foreign_table_where -> ###CURRENT_PID###

Is it what you mean?
