[Typo3-dev] Bugdiscussion: 0000815

Hi list,

in the mid of february this year I opened bug 0000815 about a problem 
with the TYPO3-cli mode.

It's still in state 'new' and the new typo3-release 3.8.0 doesn't 
resolve the problem.

So I want to ask the community what they think about the problem and the 
solution and the bugtracker-team how I can help to implement this an 
probably other bugs?
