[Typo3-dev] adding TS in Extension

Hi!

While pi2 may be easier, you do not need to use it really. You may keep
all in one extension and use CODE field or flexform to tell your
extension you want it toi perform. CODE field is deprecated by flexforms
are really easy to use and you can benefit from having new knowledge :)
