[Typo3-dev] Getting Typo3 4.0

The version which is called 3.9.0 at CVS will be the future 4.0.0. 

3.8.0 runs perfectly under PHP 5, I'm running several sites with it. Some
extension however, will still have problems with PHP5, you'll have to try
it.

Wait until december and download it.
