[Typo3-dev] Getting Typo3 4.0

Hi,

I would like to install Typo3 on a server running PHP 5.0.3, so I'll 
need Typo3 4.0 or have to choose another cms system (the webserver is 
not optional and I cannot wait until december). I couldn't figure out 
how to retrieve a 4.0 cvs snapshot from sourceforge (or find any other 
places to get it from).

How do I get the latest 4.0 beta? And can I use a dummy-3.8.0 package 
and simply replace the typo3 folder?
