[Typo3-dev] Copy/Paste page bug under PHP5 and TV

Hi list,

Copy and paste a page in a site using php5 and TV doesn't work if the page 
inherits the DS and the TO. If the same page has an affected DS and TO it 
works.
Under php4 the copy and paste works with or without setting the DS and TO.
Typo3 seams not to be available to retrieve DS and TO through the root line 
or to copy it any idea ?

Note: My DS doesn't contain any special characters, patch 0000497 doesn't 
help.
