[Typo3-dev] The Right Crew

I'm open to the idea, so lets try that.

I'm concerned about this though:

- How to move the best of ideas from that installation to the real
"TYPO3Core" repository? If it can work on the form of patches implemented
by the bug-fixer team I'm all fine. Otherwise it might bring untimely
pressure on core development. We will have to see.
- If the playground deviates too much from TYPO3core so that it becomes
"impossible" to implement ideas from it (according to my judgement or
general direction I want to take for TYPO3 at the time) it might form a new
fork which might not be fortunate to foster like that.
