If people are interested, they will come.

If people stay interested, they will stay.

There is no saying if they do or don't have stamina in advance.

Please keep the system open, don't restrict.

Don't try to control, maybe just steer a little.

It will happen by itself.

There is already a great code base.

Make a nice road map and timeline, make some people aenthousiastic.

Don't worry so much! Life is too short for that!
