[Typo3-dev] Page icon for shortcut with limited access

If you still encounter problems with automatic generation even if  
noIconProc is set, check the Tool "Table Icon Listing" in extdeveval.
There you can generate the icons once manually and put them in the right  
place.
We had this once on an intranet windows server.

This would be also the way to go for all spartanic installations without  
Graphic Tools.
