The only problem left like always are the licenses:
PHP stuff:
AjaxAC - Apache License 2.0
JPspan - PHP License 3.0
HTML_AJAX - PHP License 3.0
SAJAX - not mentioned, any license at all?

JS stuff:
prototype - own license? MIT License?
script.aculo.us - MIT License
behaviour - BSD License
