yes and everybody is doing it wrong!
In IE7 there will be step away from ActiveX and thus Msxml2.XMLHTTP and
Microsoft.XMLHTTP. IE7 will support the native XMLHttpRequest.
Because of that it would be better to test for XMLHttpRequest first.
