[Typo3-dev] defualt page TSconfig in FE

[Spark Solutions]

Earlier I was thinking was using Page TSconfig. But I can't inherit the
parent PageTSconfig in this way. So, I decided to use setup field. But I
don't know how to access root page setup from child pages.
