Which isapi filter did you tried ?

I don't have IIS anymore but anyway, if you think it's relevant, you 
could add you patch on the Windows section on the wiki:

http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Windows

Giving the isapi filter and the configuration you use will probably help 
some people !
