The same syntax for both isn't only difficult to calculate with but 
allthough difficlult to understand by humans.

Good example against this ideas. :-(

So only a plain, straight forward transformation would be possible. As 
result you get rather chaotic xml with all those ambiguities. Little 
chances to write a working schema for that.
