[Typo3-dev] German "Umlaute" in flexforms

Do I also have to set forceCharset to "utf-8" then?

I would like to use ISO-8859-1 as utf-8 is not as good
supported by the different mail clients I think.
Can I use utf-8 for the flexform and ISO-8859-1 for
the mails?
