[Typo3-dev] RFC: new feature for web > access

Hi!

When doing a recursive setting I want two more special modes:

* change all permissions (the old behaviour, default)
* set only checked permissions
* unset only checked permissions

Both new modes work more like chmod in the <who><+|-><perm> mode.

They are useful if you want to add or remove only specific permissions 
without tounching any other.
