[Typo3-dev] automatically including extension setup

It says so in the core API:

Yet, the main problem is that I cannot access setup from
ext_typoscript_setup.txt from the back end (see my posting with the
subject "Using values from TS setup in extension (in BE and FE)" from
18.11.2005 15:14): When I access the setup this way, setup from
ext_typoscript_setup.txt is just not visible (I don't know why), so it
looks I need to use static/setup.txt.
