[Typo3-dev] [be_acl] enabling access lists for subpages only

I've made a small modification in the class.tx_beacl_userauthgroup.php
of the extension be_acl (Backend Access Control Lists) to enable ACL's
to be active for subpages only.
If you want to view it search for UPDATE in the class file. I also
updated the other files (tca.php, ext_tables.sql and locallang_db.php).
To enable an ACL record for subpages only you have to use the List
module.
