Same error seems to occur with TYPO3 3.8.0 Kickstarter (v0.2.1) when
extending the fe_users table:

"Naming errors:	tables	fe_users fe_users"

AFAIR this did not happen with former versions of TYPO3/Kickstarter when
extending the fe_users table...
