[Typo3-dev] Non-GPL licence on a GPL extension

maybe a convention like this could clarify the whole thing

1. all code/binary uploaded to the should be GPLed or released under a
compatible OS license granting all rights( especiall commercial use ).

2. create a mechanism for extensions to download and update external
libarys from there original url with a link to the license site of the
libary. so the extension includes only the url of the libary. the admin
using such extensions would have to check the license during the
installation process. the same mechanism could enable the extensions to
update the external lib without updating the extension. ( maybe a
possible feature for the new extension manager )

i agree that the association should clarify this
