[Typo3-dev] Code generation library

My reason for using MagicDraw was that it works 
best - and I didn't want to have to help work on 
the UML tool before I even got the PHP framework 
done... i'd never get anywhere!

I am going to support a ArgoUML and Umbrello asap 
- i want it to be UML-tool independent
