[Typo3-dev] ECMS, portal standard ?!

Hi,

with features like DAM, DBAL, Native Workflow Typo3 steps towards an 
enterprise content management system (-> german iX magazine).
The roadmap (http://typo3.org/development/roadmap/) announces for 
version 5.0 a "portal standard". What does this mean?
When is a Content Management System called "ECMS" and when 
"(enterprise-)portal"?
