[Typo3-dev] TYPO3 3.8.1 released

For those who prefer patches, I just uploaded a full diff of all changes
between 3.8.0 and 3.8.1 on my website:
http://www.mstucki.net/files/typo3/patches/

Please be aware that the updated phpMyAdmin extension is not included in
this patch! You will need to upgrade it manually from TER as soon as it has
been released (should happen later today).
