Release something 20th of December, but call it Beta (even though it's 
very stable and good for production use) and release something tegoether 
with the new CI and call it 4.0.

Advantage:
  - CI and 4.0 released together (looks more professional than
    introducing a new CI in 4.1)
  - 4.0 will be well tested, because a lot of people knew that
    the 20th of December beta was already as stable as a "stable release"
