[Typo3-dev] bk_realurl : database improvement for RealURL

The select querie (resulting 1 result among 350 000 records) used to
take about 2 seconds on an old server (maybe less on a powerfull
server) and now it takes about 0,1 second

Globally it can reduces generation of page about 60-80%, if your
website contains many links (dozen or hundreds for example) on each
page.
