Soon. I guess you agree that the priority for releases is stability and not
punctuality. But I agree - yes we were late.

The RC for 3.8.0 will be ready tomorrow morning, the release of 3.7.1 can be
shortly after (depends on Peter Niederlags decision, he is the maintainer).
