[Typo3-dev] XHTML bug #797 - call for fix

Hi devs,

the 3.8.0 release is coming very soon, but this small and annoying xhtml 
strict problem is still there: <img src="" border="0" />

I am always for a general solution, html abstraction and oo stuff is 
very interesting and important. But: can anybody make a small interim 
(and backwards compatible) fix? May be Now?

Something like $conf['noBorder']?'':' border="0"' or anything else. Rupi 
has already posted a possible patch.

Besides of forms it is the most important content rendering bug.
