Hi Guys,

This has been filed as a bug already. I hope something will be done 
about this for the new release. IMO it is only needed that the border 
attribute can be unset by TS.

I just started the Content Rendering Group for issues like this. I hope 
this list can be a meaningful resource for XHTML valid output.
