And that's the reason why I asked Kasper to add the "Hide in menu" option.
This is a setting which can be applied to any page type, that's why "Not in
menu" is does not make sense being a page type.

If you miss the visual feedback then this is just a bug/missing feature
which can be added by any of you :-)
