[Typo3-dev] Use 3.8 indexed_search in TYPO3 3.7

I just checked this. This seems to fail because the patch to
sysext/indexed_search/ is hardcoded in mod/conf.php.

This is caused by the debug calls at the end of the init() function in
mod/index.php.
