[Typo3-dev] reg1 in cache_pages

Hello !

field reg1 seems to be an individual key which is used by very few 
extensions for external cache management. It also seems quite useful. It 
looks like I'd have better use for it having it a varchar or something the 
like, as I could easily combine extensionkeys with IDs and all sorts of 
things, instead of just a number which would not be a record-I of any table.

I am just guessing, but if I am right, it would not break any available 
extensions. Until now I've only seen Kasper using it, anyone else useed it 
in their extensions?
