It was Stanislas' decision to work on htmlarea. Some people (including me)
have suggested to work on FCK editor instead but Stanislas replied that he
wants to finish this one first. Since he is doing all work I think that's
ok if he prefers that.

Anyway, please discuss this at typo3.projects.rte.
