This looks good. And there could be more than one person responsible for 
a class file. When someone currently has not time, he simply deletes his 
name from the wiki list. Or make an annotation in brackes like '(busy)', 
'(free)' a the list of developer names. So only the person which is free 
at a moment will get questions about an error. This is because when 
someone corrects an error and has questions to others he will need a 
quick answer to be able to continue his corrections.
