[Typo3-dev] TYPO3core autotools integration and doxygen

Sorry for answering so late, I was under a heavy load, but thanks for 
all your feedback.

* Ok, as I thought there are several minds in the questions using 
autoconf or not. What was my suggestion? Have a systems in front that 
could check for dependencies on a local system, AND - thats my main 
reason - have a system in front that I can easily use for packaging for 
the several distributions.

* ANT as an alternative. Thanks Dan for that feedback. I know Ant and I 
like it, but in general there is a problem by using java-based 
build-tools in many linux-distribtions. The alternative java runtime 
environments (you know the license problems of the IBM/Sun one) aren't 
often stable enough for the task.

At the end one more time, thank you all for your feedback, I hope to be 
ready with this task at the end of april, then we see more technical 
implementation.
