Well, are you really sure? I'd say the feature would be fine but is not
really useful for most people since they need to check every single page
while they would like to have this for the whole site.
Is anybody using this feature yet? Since it was implemented in 3.7 and might
not be so widely-spread already.
I'm absolutely for removing it again, but providing the old functionality
with a little extension. Then we could also see how many people have used
the feature after all.

Another option would be to add a switch for generally hiding obsolete
features (this is not the first unneeded field in the BE...)
